What you'll do

As the Regulatory and Accounting Specifications Manager, you will coordinate a team responsible for analyzing how Nubank's products operate within the Mexican regulatory framework. You will lead efforts to understand the impacts of IFRS on our financial reporting and ensure that all financial data is accurately captured and reported. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support the development of new products.

You will oversee the preparation of regulatory and financial reports, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for cash management and financial operations, working to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and accountability within the team.
