What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the compliance operations team, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and that the organization operates within the legal framework. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to assess adherence to these standards. Collaborating closely with legal and operational teams, you will provide guidance on compliance-related matters and support the development of training programs to educate employees on compliance issues.

You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in regulations that may impact the organization and advising senior management on necessary adjustments to policies and practices. Your role will involve preparing compliance reports and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in compliance operations.
