You have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in preparing financial statements and executing monthly accounting close routines. Your expertise includes assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and analyzing accounting entries to maintain accurate financial records. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment between accounting reconciliations and financial reports.

Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively is a key asset, as you will be responsible for presenting findings to stakeholders and ensuring that all financial data is accounted for in the systems. What you'll do
As a Controllership Senior Specialist at Nubank, you will play a crucial role in the accounting and financial management team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing accurate financial statements and executing the monthly accounting close routine to ensure timely reporting. You will assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights to auditors. Additionally, you will analyze and record accounting entries, ensuring that all transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements.
You will be responsible for submitting CADOCs and ensuring that accounting reconciliations align with both accounting and regulatory reports. Your analytical skills will be essential in continuously identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement in financial processes. You will work closely with other teams to gather financial data and support the company's growth through robust and reliable financial reporting. Your contributions will help Nubank maintain its reputation as one of the largest digital financial platforms in the world.
