What you'll do

As the Senior Design Manager, you will lead a talented team of designers and writers in developing the next evolution of Nubank's AI-powered private banker. Your role involves shaping how customers interact with the AI advisor, ensuring that complex insights are translated into simple, actionable advice. You will establish foundational design systems that will be used across Nubank's products, aligning with the vision of the Magic App.

You will define the design vision and cultural anchors that guide your team's work, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting design reviews, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities. You will also be involved in user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that the products you create meet the needs of users effectively.
