What you'll do

As the Mobile Engineering Manager at Nubank, you will lead the App Core squad, responsible for the foundational components of our mobile app. You will oversee the development of user-friendly and scalable app infrastructure, ensuring that our applications perform optimally as we grow our user base. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence within the team.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align on app features and enhancements, ensuring that user needs are met while maintaining high performance and stability. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to define the technical roadmap for the mobile platform and making decisions that impact the overall user experience.
