What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical direction of Nubank’s Mobile Platform, overseeing initiatives that enhance the app's architecture and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve developer experience and app reliability. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption of best practices in app development and ensuring that the platforms meet the needs of product teams across various markets.
You will take ownership of multi-year initiatives, such as the Mobile Destination Architecture and native code deprecation, ensuring that the Nubank app remains at the forefront of technology. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
