What you'll do

In this role, you will lead performance investigations across Nubank's extensive JVM-based microservice architecture — your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks that impact service efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement diagnostic tools that enhance performance metrics and reduce latency.

You will analyze performance data to drive informed decisions about infrastructure improvements — your insights will help shape the direction of the Systems Performance team and influence the overall architecture of Nubank's services. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
