You have 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, particularly in performance engineering, where you've tackled complex challenges in large-scale systems. Your deep understanding of JVM-based architectures allows you to identify systemic bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities effectively.

What you'll do
As a Senior Systems Engineer at Nubank, you will be part of the Systems Performance Team, focusing on performance investigations across one of the largest microservice architectures globally. You will execute high-level analyses to identify systemic bottlenecks and develop technical solutions to improve service efficiency.
Your role will involve building deep diagnostic tools that provide insights into system performance, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency. You will interact with various components of the architecture, from the Linux Kernel to cloud-wide orchestration, ensuring that Nubank's services remain efficient and cost-effective.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to implement performance improvements and share your findings with the team.
