You have a deep understanding of business processes and clinical workflows, particularly in the healthcare sector in Italy. Your experience in billing requirements and system integration makes you a trusted expert for healthcare organizations looking to implement InterSystems solutions effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, which enable you to conduct trainings, workshops, and engage with stakeholders effectively. You are consultative in your approach, ensuring that customers maximize the benefits of the technology while minimizing custom development.
What you'll do
As an Application Analyst, you will lead application implementation efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time. You will advise customers on best practices, guiding them through the optimization of InterSystems technology. Your role will involve supporting healthcare professionals and stakeholders, helping them navigate system integration challenges. You will conduct trainings and presentations to ensure users adopt and maximize the technology effectively. Additionally, you will monitor billing workflows to ensure compliance with public and private hospital regulations in Italy, maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success with InterSystems products.
