InterSystems is hiring an Application Support Specialist to provide support for the TrakCare Hospital Management System. You'll work closely with customers to address their needs and improve their experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

You are a motivated and energetic problem-solver with experience in application support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with advanced technology to help customers achieve their goals. Your creativity and analytical skills enable you to address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently. You have a strong understanding of healthcare processes and are eager to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the TrakCare application. You are committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, always looking for ways to enhance the user experience. You are comfortable conducting training sessions and product demonstrations, sharing your knowledge with others to empower them in their roles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide immediate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that service standards are met. You will act as a liaison between customers and the InterSystems Global Support organization, understanding their work processes and requirements related to the TrakCare application. You will support the implementation of the TrakCare system, tailoring it to meet the specific business needs of each customer. Your responsibilities will include escalating unresolved issues according to established policies and procedures, as well as conducting individual and group training sessions to enhance customer understanding of the application. You will continuously seek feedback from customers to improve satisfaction and escalate suggestions for product enhancements to management. If required, you will participate in on-site implementations, working closely with partners to identify potential changes within the product parameters.
