InterSystems is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts within the UK Legal team. You'll manage legal and commercial risks while ensuring compliance with public sector procurement norms. This role is based in Windsor, UK.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in contract management, particularly within the public sector, and understand the complexities of managing legal and commercial risks. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all contractual arrangements align with business objectives and governance requirements. Your ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to provide pragmatic advice to support sales and project mobilization activities.
You are familiar with the end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including pre-contract support and post-contract management. Your experience includes monitoring contractual performance and compliance, ensuring that all parties adhere to their obligations. You have a collaborative mindset, working closely with legal, sales, delivery, and leadership teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage contracts across their full lifecycle, from pre-contract activities such as supporting tender and bid responses to post-contract management. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring they meet applicable NHS and public sector requirements. You will provide contractual advice to support sales and project mobilization activities, ensuring that all contractual arrangements align with business objectives.
You will monitor contractual performance and compliance, managing change control processes and contract variations as necessary. Your role will also involve supporting the management of third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. You will play a key role in enabling effective delivery of software and services to the NHS and other UK healthcare providers, contributing to the overall business growth and financial objectives of InterSystems.
