Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in Managed Services and SaaS Operations. You excel at defining and prioritizing service offerings that align with customer needs and business goals. Your ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps is a key strength, and you are adept at identifying opportunities for service innovation and continuous improvement.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. You have experience working closely with engineering, product, operations, sales, support, and customer success teams to define priorities and success criteria. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the Managed Services and SaaS Operations DevOps backlog, ensuring that stories and tasks are well-defined and prioritized according to business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop a clear vision for service offerings and capabilities that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include translating strategic objectives into a solution roadmap with measurable outcomes and identifying opportunities for service innovation and automation.

You will be responsible for stakeholder management, working closely with various teams to define priorities and success criteria. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing feedback from clients and internal teams to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization. You will ensure that the Managed Services and SaaS Operations offerings are aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
