You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. This role requires 5+ years of experience in solution management or service delivery.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in solution management, service delivery, or Managed Services/SaaS operations — you've successfully owned and delivered service-oriented or platform solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. Your strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, allows you to effectively manage and prioritize service delivery. You possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills, enabling you to act as the voice of the customer within DevOps and service delivery teams.
You are adept at translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements — your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, sales, and support teams ensures that you drive service innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Your experience working with SaaS and cloud platforms, along with Agile delivery models, positions you as a key player in delivering impactful solutions.
Desirable
Experience with service-oriented architectures and a proven track record of managing DevOps backlogs will set you apart. Familiarity with defining and monitoring service KPIs, SLOs, and operational performance metrics is a plus, as is your ability to communicate service performance and outcomes through dashboards and reporting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed Services & SaaS Operations delivery platforms — your leadership will guide the development of capabilities that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. You will manage and prioritize the DevOps backlog to balance feature delivery, service quality, and technical debt, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality services.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving service innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include defining and monitoring service KPIs and SLOs, overseeing the delivery of service enhancements, and implementing operational process improvements. You will communicate service performance, adoption, and outcomes through comprehensive dashboards and reporting, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
