Job Description
Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience working within a PMO function, bringing a solid understanding of business analysis and project management methodologies. You are skilled in identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and improving internal workflows. Your experience includes providing guidance on processes and procedures to project management teams, ensuring that project schedules and budgets are tracked effectively. You are adept at managing documentation and maintaining a library of project standards and examples, which helps in defining best practices across the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the activities of the PMO in the region, providing essential support to Project Managers during the implementation phases of projects. You will be responsible for tracking project schedules and budgets, highlighting any risks or issues that need to be addressed. Your role will also involve carrying out project reporting and administration under the direction of the regional Program Director. You will implement new corporate processes and procedures, improving and streamlining project management tools such as Gantt charts, resource allocation, and project overviews. Occasionally, you will manage small to medium-sized projects as required by regional management, ensuring that all project documentation is maintained accurately.
