InterSystems is hiring a Workday Financials - Systems Analyst to manage and optimize their Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning systems. You'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial data and efficient processes.

Who you are

You have a strong background in financial systems analysis, particularly with Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning. Your experience includes managing system configurations and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for data integrity, which drives your commitment to optimizing financial processes.

You excel in reporting and analytics, having developed and maintained both standard and ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards. Your ability to create custom reports using Workday reporting tools and EIB demonstrates your technical proficiency and analytical mindset. You are skilled at analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, which helps in driving process improvements.

You are a problem-solver at heart, acting as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. Your strong communication skills enable you to provide effective end-user support and resolve system inquiries efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to align technology with business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of Workday Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects. You will ensure that system configurations comply with financial and regulatory standards while executing system utilities to maintain data integrity.

You will develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, utilizing your expertise in Workday reporting tools. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, contributing to the budgeting process and corporate reporting activities.

As a key member of the team, you will support troubleshooting efforts by performing root cause analysis and coordinating fixes with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve supporting strategic initiatives and system enhancements to ensure that technology aligns with business objectives.
