You are a quantitative developer with a strong passion for working with financial data and building products that traders and researchers actually use. You thrive on end-to-end ownership and enjoy shipping production-grade code while collaborating closely with analysts and product teams. You take pride in creating clean, well-tested systems that power real trading and research workflows. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy tackling hard, open-ended problems across research, data, and product.
You have experience in Python and SQL development, and you are adept at deploying infrastructure changes and building new features for financial-data products. You understand the importance of strategic planning and are willing to attend client meetings to explain your work and gather feedback. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape product and research direction at a fast-moving fintech startup.
What you'll do
