Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related STEM discipline, and you bring at least 2 years of commercial experience in a quantitative development role. You possess strong analytical skills and a command of statistics, which you apply to solve complex problems in trading environments. Your ability to work with ambiguous requirements allows you to thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing attention to detail with execution and delivery focus. Familiarity with cloud computing and containers is a plus, as is a commitment to the highest ethical standards in your work.
What you'll do
As a Quantitative Developer at Point72, you will be involved in building components for all aspects of live trading and research environments. You will drive automation and enhance the robustness of the team's processes, ensuring that trading systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
