What you'll do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will serve as the primary communicator between our cardiac technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals and clinicians. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and adhering to physician notification protocols. You will also perform account follow-ups to gather additional clinical information, such as pacemaker settings and cardiac history.

You will utilize tools like Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce to manage communications and ensure that all parties are informed and supported. Your role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate information regarding their cardiac health. You will work closely with a dynamic team that is committed to delivering innovations that enhance healthcare quality and improve patient experiences.
