Experience with large language models (LLMs) and advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and automated regression pipelines will help you excel in this role, as you will be tasked with optimizing agent performance for diverse customer use cases.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and lead the implementation of core agent features, focusing on advanced pipelines and multi-step tool use. You will establish best practices for prompt engineering and agent orchestration, ensuring that the systems you develop are robust and extensible. Your responsibilities will include driving architectural decisions that enhance the scalability of the AI agent platform, as well as developing the core AI/ML logic that powers these agents.

You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle, ensuring that the systems you build are performant, reliable, and secure. This includes building and optimizing supporting systems and pipelines that improve agent capabilities and performance. You will lead the development and evaluation of prompt strategies, designing A/B tests to assess their effectiveness and implementing automated regression pipelines to maintain high standards of quality.
