What you'll do

As the Quality Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the site’s quality operations, ensuring that all processes meet the required standards. You will manage quality control and reverse logistics, including intake operations, to ensure that all products meet quality expectations. Your role will involve investigating product quality issues, planned deviations, and non-conformances, ensuring that all complaints are addressed appropriately. You will also be responsible for calibration processes as applicable, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and meets regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with clinical operations teams to provide tactical support and quality direction, ensuring that all operations align with the company’s mission of delivering better health outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality and compliance within the organization. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and practices, helping to build a knowledgeable and capable workforce.
