Job Description
Who you are
You are detail-oriented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English. You have a solid understanding of Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables, which you will use to manage and analyze product data effectively. You are proactive and eager to learn, especially in areas related to data analysis and product systems.
You thrive in a small team environment where ownership and contribution are valued. You understand the importance of organization and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that product data is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to communicate clearly will help you build relationships with wholesale partners and coordinate logistics with factories.
What you'll do
As a Product Assistant, you will manage product data using Excel, assisting with line sheets, catalogs, and reporting. You will receive training on data analysis and product system usage, which will enhance your skills in this area. Additionally, you will support the wholesale team by building lists of potential wholesale customers and assisting with outreach efforts. Your role will also involve onboarding new accounts, entering data, and providing product information to wholesale partners.
You will communicate with factories to track production and shipments, helping to coordinate international shipments and ensure timely delivery. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing logistics and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the product supply chain.
