What you'll do

As an Implementation Lead at Ivalua, you will be responsible for overseeing the full suite implementation projects for our customers in Singapore. You will work closely with the Professional Services Team to ensure that our unique and configurable solutions are delivered to clients with the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all deliverables meet customer expectations.

You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their procurement processes. Your hands-on approach will allow you to guide your team through the implementation phases, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently. You will also play a key role in supporting our Partner community, fostering strong relationships that drive mutual success.
