You have a strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems, with experience in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Leads and Solution Architects, to bring project designs to life. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members ensures that implementations are executed smoothly and efficiently.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate challenges that arise during the implementation process. Your experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously has equipped you with the organizational skills necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently while still being a team player.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Lead at Syndigo, you will be responsible for executing various aspects of project implementations, including the configuration of the application to meet client specifications. You will work closely with fellow team members to ensure that each project is delivered on time and meets the high standards expected by our clients. Your role will involve gathering requirements from clients, translating them into technical specifications, and overseeing the implementation process from start to finish.

You will also play a key role in training clients on the use of our PIM/MDM Center products, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the full capabilities of the software. Your expertise will help clients understand how to manage their product information effectively, leading to improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction. You will continuously seek feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement in our implementation processes.
