What you'll do

As a Staff AI Tooling Developer at Jane App, you will lead the architectural design of the AI platform, ensuring it meets the needs of over 700 employees. You will be responsible for building internal tools that facilitate the use of AI across various departments, including Support, Finance, Recruiting, and Operations. Your role will involve defining how teams can leverage AI to automate routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more meaningful work. You will collaborate with stakeholders to turn pilot projects into scalable solutions that are trustworthy and effective.

You will also play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI at Jane, guiding the development of knowledge systems that enable secure and efficient access to context for all users.
