What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development team at Jane App, focusing on AI tooling and enhancing the developer experience. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on modern workflows. Your responsibilities will include reviewing designs, providing feedback, and guiding the team in implementing best practices. You will help define what excellence looks like in the development process, ensuring that the team meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
