What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping January's legal culture and ensuring that legal approaches go beyond mere compliance. You will develop a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape to inform the company's risk philosophy and proactively guide business, compliance, and technical teams. Your contributions will help pave the way for January's expansion into new product lines and geographies.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Product, Engineering, Ops, Compliance, and Sales, to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business. Your role will involve providing legal guidance on product development, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring that January remains a trusted partner for both creditors and consumers.
