You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of legal agreements and regulatory requirements. Desirable

Experience in the FinTech sector is a plus, as is familiarity with structured credit and secured financing arrangements. You may also have experience working with bank partnerships and other financial institutions, which will be beneficial in this role. A strong understanding of compliance issues and the ability to spot potential legal risks will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Associate General Counsel at Flex, you will take the lead on critical transactions that are vital to the company's operations. This includes negotiating and drafting agreements related to bank partnerships and financing arrangements. You will provide legal support to various teams, ensuring that all commercial activities align with legal and regulatory standards. Your role will involve collaborating with the VP Legal and senior stakeholders to develop strategies that support the company's mission and objectives. You will also assist in addressing corporate and product-related legal matters as they arise, ensuring that the company remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will be responsible for identifying potential legal issues and providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks. This may involve conducting legal research, analyzing contracts, and advising on best practices for compliance. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of legal awareness within the organization, helping to educate team members on legal matters that impact their work.
