Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in DevOps practices and tools, with hands-on experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise includes working with Docker and Kubernetes, and you are comfortable navigating cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and ensure their success in adopting DevOps practices. Your experience in Linux environments is mandatory, and you have a solid understanding of server-side software both on-premise and in the cloud.
You are driven by a desire to learn and grow, embracing an open-source mindset. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, makes you a valuable asset in any project. You understand the importance of customer service and are committed to providing exceptional support to clients as they navigate their DevOps journey.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with JFrog customers to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines tailored to their specific needs. You will leverage JFrog products and other cutting-edge technologies to create efficient DevOps platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of DevOps practices into customer workflows. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing setups, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
