Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines that support microservices-based architectures. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure management using Infrastructure-as-Code is well-established, and you are adept at operating and scaling Kubernetes clusters. You understand the importance of observability and monitoring in production systems, and you have a track record of improving system resilience and operational excellence.

You are comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams to enhance delivery velocity and ensure that operational practices align with best practices in the industry. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact system performance. Desirable

Experience with security practices in cloud environments is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that enhance system observability and alerting. You may also have experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef, which can further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support our cloud-native security platform. You will build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, ensuring that our systems are scalable and resilient. Operating and scaling Kubernetes clusters will be a key responsibility, as will improving observability, monitoring, and alerting for our production systems.

You will partner with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in delivery velocity and operational practices. Your insights will help shape the direction of our DevOps initiatives, and you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization. You will also be involved in capacity planning and security practices to ensure that our systems are not only efficient but also secure against evolving threats.
