Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within high-growth SaaS companies, where you've successfully driven product strategy and execution. Your ability to identify market opportunities and define product vision is complemented by your strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders across engineering, business, and executive levels.

Your hands-on experience with project management for large, cross-functional initiatives has equipped you with the skills to manage dependencies and drive execution under pressure. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with numerous stakeholders, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

You are data-driven, leveraging customer feedback to design, experiment, and iterate on product features. Your understanding of ERP, CRM, and financial systems enhances your ability to create effective monetization strategies. You are passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the demands of Fortune 100 customers.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana would be beneficial. A background in software development or technical product management can further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Principal Product Manager at JFrog, you will take ownership of internal and external-facing workflows, infrastructure, and monetization platform products from strategy and architecture to execution and adoption. You will drive mission-critical initiatives that influence the vision, operational scale, and platform reliability of JFrog's offerings.

You will collaborate closely with executives, engineering teams, finance, information systems, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies. Your role will involve gathering customer requirements and ensuring that the product lifecycle is managed effectively from ideation to launch.

You will lead product strategy by identifying market opportunities and defining the product vision, ensuring that it aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Your ability to leverage data will be crucial in designing experiments and iterating on product features based on customer feedback.

You will also be responsible for driving the execution of product initiatives, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery under pressure. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals.
