You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in AI, with at least 5 years of experience leading product teams. Your expertise in defining and driving AI strategies has empowered teams to deliver transformative experiences. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to drive agendas across departments and foster effective collaboration with partners. Your data-driven decision-making skills are complemented by a passion for building customer-centric products, and your past experience in DevOps or DevSec Ops is a significant advantage. You maintain a growth mindset, continuously focusing on learning and staying updated with AI industry trends.
What you'll do
As the Director of AI Product Management at JFrog, you will define and drive the AI strategy for the platform, focusing on assistant capabilities, model integration, and developer intelligence. You will lead and mentor a team of AI-focused product managers, empowering them to deliver transformative experiences across JFrog products. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for JFrogβs AI Assistant, MCP Server, and agentic experiences. Collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams, you will build production-ready AI systems, integrating LLMs and reasoning models into developer workflows. You will shape the AI platform architecture, ensuring context awareness, privacy, and responsible model usage across all JFrog environments. Additionally, you will partner with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to identify high-impact AI use cases that drive adoption and productivity.
