Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI applications is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud contact center software. What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision for AI-powered product areas, including AI Insights, Agent Assist, and AI Knowledge. You will define and communicate a bold product strategy that aligns with market trends and customer needs. You will own the product roadmap, ensuring it is clear, prioritized, and drives differentiation and growth. You will lead a small team of product managers while also contributing as an individual contributor, driving impactful solutions that enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with global teams across the United States, Portugal, and India, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process. You will leverage data to inform product decisions, using competitive analysis and customer feedback to refine your approach. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure that product developments meet user needs and expectations.
