You have at least 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges. Your expertise in user-centered design principles allows you to create intuitive and accessible user experiences that resonate with users. You excel in communication and collaboration, working effectively with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and design best practices. Your proficiency in Figma enables you to create pixel-perfect UI designs and prototypes that align with established design systems. You are comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate your design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at JFrog, you will own the complete design process from discovery to implementation, ensuring that your designs meet user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and engineers to tackle some of the most complex product challenges within the JFrog SaaS platform. Your role will involve conducting thorough research through design discovery and validation, including usability testing and user interviews, to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will advocate for a user-centered design approach within your squad, ensuring that all design decisions are data-backed and user-centric. Additionally, you will proactively optimize design workflows, enhance collaboration among team members, and lead platform-wide improvement projects. Sharing your expertise and best practices with fellow designers will be an integral part of your role, contributing to the overall growth of the design team.
