What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the overall user experience from discovery research to the final design of micro interactions. You will create a variety of design assets, including user journey flows, wireframes, visual designs, service blueprints, and prototypes. Your work will involve consuming user research data from usability studies, surveys, and interviews to inform your design decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design solutions align with user needs and business goals.

You will lead the design process, advocating for user-centered design principles and ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of usability. Your role will also involve mentoring junior designers and sharing your knowledge of best practices in design and user research. You will play a key role in shaping the product's design strategy and will be instrumental in driving the iterative design process forward.
