Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Lead Product Manager with experience in managing product teams and driving high-performance outcomes. Your leadership style fosters a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the company's goals. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and core stakeholders such as Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales.

You are adept at strategic roadmap creation and prioritization, with a focus on maximizing business impact through clear requirements gathering and resource planning. Your experience in the Go-to-Market ecosystem, particularly with Salesforce, equips you with the insights needed to optimize products and processes for scalable growth. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are committed to fostering a culture that embraces change and innovation.

What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager at Vanta, you will define and execute the product strategy for the Salesforce and Go-to-Market ecosystem. You will lead a team of 3-5 Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts, guiding them in their career development and strategic hiring to scale the team effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the products and processes align with Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust.

You will be responsible for communicating the multi-quarter strategic roadmap to all relevant parties, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. Your focus will be on optimizing the products and processes required for Vanta's effective growth, which includes gathering clear requirements and prioritizing initiatives that drive business impact. You will also work closely with the Salesforce Admin & Developer teams to ensure that the technology supports the Go-to-Market motion effectively.
