What you'll do

You will own the end-to-end acquisition funnels, ensuring they are efficient and effective in converting potential candidates into qualified talent. Your role will involve conducting experiments to test new marketing strategies and channels, analyzing performance data to inform your decisions, and continuously iterating on your approaches to maximize impact. You will collaborate closely with the Supply team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that your efforts directly contribute to the company's growth. You will also engage in performance marketing campaigns, utilizing various platforms to reach potential candidates and drive engagement.
