Who you are

You have a strong background in demand generation and marketing, ideally with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive measurable business impact. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform your strategies and optimize campaign performance.

You are a creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and approaches to reach target audiences effectively. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and execute global demand generation campaigns aimed at acquiring and nurturing prospects across various digital channels. You will manage the media mix, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid B2B channels, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI. You will analyze campaign results and use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.

You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads generated are qualified and aligned with the company's growth objectives. Your role will also involve developing content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, driving engagement and conversion. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance JOOR's demand generation efforts.
