What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at JOOR, you will lead the design efforts for a specific product area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and drive execution. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the overall product vision. You will also participate in design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to refine your work and that of your peers.

You will work closely with product managers and engineering leads in product trios, ensuring that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints. Your responsibilities will include modernizing existing platform experiences, simplifying complex workflows, and enhancing user satisfaction. You will contribute to the development of design systems that promote consistency across the platform, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
