Jupe is seeking a UX/UI Digital Product Designer to lead their digital design efforts. You'll collaborate with a world-class team to create intuitive user interfaces and magical user experiences. This role requires expertise in design tools like Figma and Webflow.

Who you are
You are a creative wizard of digital design with a passion for crafting magical user moments that embody Jupe’s whimsical and nomadic aesthetic. You thrive at the intersection of hardware and digital, eager to take on new challenges and lead Jupe’s entire digital UI/UX ecosystem. Your experience includes designing, producing, and managing all digital content across web, mobile, and social platforms. You have a strong background in transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces and conducting customer research studies to inform product design. You are comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop product strategies and user journey maps.
Desirable
Experience working with a world-class digital and art product team from renowned companies like Apple, Airbnb, or Tesla is a plus. Familiarity with customer research methodologies and feedback sessions will enhance your ability to create user-centered designs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design of Jupe’s digital experiences, ensuring they align with the company’s mission to provide adequate housing solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Product and lead Software Engineers on feature development, product strategy, and user journey mapping. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing all digital content across various platforms, including web and mobile. You will transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conducting customer research studies and feedback sessions will be essential to inform your design decisions and enhance the overall product experience.
