Justworks is hiring an Associate for their Medical Benefits team to enhance customer benefits experiences. You'll collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues and manage day-to-day operations related to medical insurance benefits.

As an Associate on the Medical Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible customer benefits experience by collaborating with team members and supporting various operational tasks.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are committed to continuous improvement in processes that enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform day-to-day operations for medical insurance as part of Justworks Benefits Programs. You will identify and escalate issues impacting these benefits and support the Sales and Onboarding teams in resolving client issues with our Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily tasks associated with medical insurance benefits, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.

You will collaborate closely with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential challenges and working collaboratively to find effective solutions. You will also be involved in various projects aimed at optimizing the benefits experience for customers, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
