What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute a multi-country benefits strategy that aligns with Justworks' mission and values. You will oversee the design and implementation of benefits programs that are competitive and compliant across various international markets. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration of benefits into our global operations, and enhancing the in-app experience for our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our benefits offerings meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Additionally, you will analyze data to assess the effectiveness of our benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements. You will lead a team of regional benefits managers, providing guidance and support as they implement localized strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in positioning Justworks as a leader in the EOR space, leveraging benefits as a key differentiator to attract and retain customers.
