What you'll do

As the Director of Health Underwriting, you will be responsible for supporting new business processes and renewal strategies for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages with multiple carriers. You will analyze and report on the year-round book of business, ensuring that all underwriting practices align with company standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction. You will also lead initiatives to refine underwriting processes, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions that benefit both the company and its clients. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the underwriting team.
