In your role as the Manager of International Benefits Operations, you will take ownership of the day-to-day and long-term operational success of the international benefits at Justworks. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to navigate the complexities of benefits operations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are passionate about creating a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
What you'll do
You will lead the International Benefits Operations team, overseeing all aspects of benefits administration and ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience related to benefits, as well as managing relationships with external vendors and partners. You will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure that benefits offerings align with company values and support employee well-being.
In this role, you will also analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the benefits program. You will be responsible for communicating benefits information to employees, ensuring they understand their options and how to access them. Additionally, you will provide training and support to your team, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in benefits operations.
