What you'll do

In your role as Principal Product Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Product Operations and take charge of shaping and executing Kabam's new product strategy. This involves leading the product discovery process, where you will work closely with internal and external project teams to define and refine product concepts from 0 to 1.

You will leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for new products and provide relevant market studies that inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align on a shared vision and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged in the product development process.

Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence within the organization. You will drive innovation and iteration, ensuring that products evolve to meet the changing needs of players and the business.

Additionally, you will lead a cross-functional taskforce to launch the company’s first Publishing initiatives. This includes designing the initial publishing framework and driving execution across multiple publishing projects, ensuring that they are delivered successfully by the end of the year.

You will guide the strategic direction of these initiatives, coordinating operational efforts and ensuring that all projects align with Kabam's overall business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across teams will be essential in achieving success in this role.
