Desirable

What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager at PolicyMe, you will lead the vision and strategy for our Health Insurance product line — you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that we meet our business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to bring your product vision to life, ensuring that all aspects of the product are aligned with user needs and market trends.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions — your insights will help shape our product offerings and identify new opportunities for growth. You will also work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.

In this role, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team — you will lead by example, demonstrating best practices in product management and encouraging innovative thinking.
