What you'll do
As a Business Analyst at Kaluza, you will join the Solutions community, where your primary focus will be on helping clients realize maximum value from Kaluza's technology. You will analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, working closely with product teams to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve gathering and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
You will participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss project progress and gather feedback, ensuring that the solutions developed align with client needs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the impact of implemented changes and making recommendations for future enhancements. You will also contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
