What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Kaluza, you will work closely with the Release Engineering team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the energy intelligence platform. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will collaborate with software engineers to improve system architecture and enhance the overall user experience.

You will also play a key role in capacity planning and incident management, ensuring that the platform can handle millions of real-time decisions across homes, devices, markets, and grids. Your contributions will directly impact the company's mission to accelerate the shift to a clean energy future. You will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and help shape the team's approach to reliability and performance.
