What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in building the core AI platform for Iru, focusing on backend systems that support scalable AI capabilities. You will directly apply large language models to deliver intelligent features across the platform, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both innovative and user-centric. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless integration of AI into existing products, enhancing functionality and user engagement.

You will be responsible for creating reusable infrastructure that allows for rapid experimentation and deployment of AI models. This includes developing frameworks and services that facilitate the monitoring and optimization of AI performance. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall growth of the engineering team.
