What you'll do

As the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that support Kaseya's growth trajectory. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on strategic goals. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

You will oversee the planning and execution of operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This includes developing metrics to measure success and implementing processes that drive accountability and performance. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation towards strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.
