You have a strong background in software engineering with experience designing complex SaaS or data platforms — you've successfully led cross-team technical initiatives and understand the intricacies of cloud providers. You are skilled in building robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable systems in a data- and AI-driven environment — your ability to support backend engineers with best practices and architectural guardrails is a testament to your leadership. You thrive in collaborative settings, acting as a technical partner and multiplier for your team.
Your communication skills are strong, and while the company language is English, you have an advantage if you can communicate in Czech or Slovak — this helps you connect with the team and understand local nuances.
